#ILoveMyFitbit

Everyday, my Fitbit tracks my steps and sends me these friendly reminders to move and reach my step goal. It’s as though my life has a constant audience. A stadium full of fans cheering me on. A life coach. Quite literally monitoring my every move and feeding me all the information I need to succeed. In an adult life often spent sitting alone at a desk... my Fitbit keeps me company and in check. Wake up. You need to walk. Break away from that computer screen. Only 5,000 more steps to go!

It’s impossible for the people in your life to be there for you all the time. I wouldn’t say that people are selfish. But people are usually self-immersed. Living their own lives. On their own struggle bus. Someone can care a tremendous amount about you. But maybe they just care more about themselves.... Or have forgotten that there is a world outside the bubble that is their life.

I speak from personal experience, knowing that I will give you all the attention I am capable of giving you when you are directly in front of my face. But, once out of sight, you’re out of mind. I hold no ill will towards you. Actually, I may care a whole lot about you. But I’m very much NOT present unless called upon. I’m not “in the know” when it comes to your life, per se. Nor do I have time or energy to always be “in the know”. I lead my own life.

A Fitbit, on the other hand, does not lead a life of its own and is always “in the know” when it comes to yours as long as you keep it attached to your wrist. You need not ever compete for a Fitbit’s attention. A Fitbit works for you. Or me. Or whoever the owner is. A Fitbit is loyal. My Fitbit loves me. And I love my Fitbit. If you don’t have a Fitbit, I suggest you get one. It’s an amazing little friend to have. 5 out of 5 Stars #sponsored #by #Fitbit #Jk
